After such time expires (no matter the activity) the account will be disconnected. It is permited to call back and continue for another 8 hours. During the signup process customers are requested to state person(s) that will require access to the account information for either billing, changes and support. Without authorization this person will not be able to obtain support. Phone numbers are provided to customers with the intention of providing them with local access to the Internet, however only the customer can determine whether or not the call is going to have a related charge.
